Before You Submit

Inspection & Estimate Agreement

Sending this request is free. It does not charge you or authorize a shipment or repair.

1. Start with a free review

We review your message and photos at no charge. If we need to inspect the watch in person, we’ll first send you a written inspection and shipping plan. The standard inspection is $50 per watch. If you approve the repair estimate for that watch, the $50 is credited toward the repair. If you decline the repair, the fee covers the completed inspection.

2. Review the written estimate

Your estimate will show the work and full price. Most routine repairs under $500 do not need a repair deposit. For service and parts of $500 or more, a 30% deposit is due before work begins. A high-value watch or complicated job may have a project-specific deposit. Special-order parts or outside work may also need an advance. We’ll show you the exact amount before you decide.

3. Approve before work begins

We start after you approve the estimate and pay any deposit it lists. The deposit is credited to your total; the rest is due before we return the watch. If we find another issue, we’ll pause and ask before doing extra work. Please wait for our written shipping plan before sending your watch.
