How to Pack Your Watch
Protect the watch
Wrap the watch in a soft cloth, watch pouch, or protective material. Place it in a small inner box with cushioning.
Double box discreetly
Place the inner box inside a larger shipping carton. Avoid exterior words such as Rolex, Omega, jewelry, watch, or luxury goods.
Recommended Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
Appropriate for many lower-value watches. Use tracking and signature confirmation.
Premium Insured Shipping
Recommended for higher-value watches such as Rolex, Omega, Breitling, IWC, Tudor, TAG Heuer, and Cartier.
Return Shipping
Completed watches are returned using tracked transportation with insurance and signature requirements based on value.
